Order Processing at BAGGU

We prepare orders for shipment once payment has been successfully confirmed. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Processing times may be extended during weekends, holidays, promotional events, periods of high demand, or for products that require extra preparation.

Order Shipping and Tracking

After your package is dispatched, tracking information may be provided when available. Please note it can take additional time for carrier tracking systems to register the shipment after it leaves our fulfillment center.

Handling Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, first check the tracking details. You may also contact the carrier directly. Additional information may be required to initiate an investigation.

International Shipments

For shipments outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply as imposed by your country. These charges are typically your responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may be incurred. Any refunds related to such returns will be processed according to BAGGU’s order and return policies.
